I stayed here recently and really appreciated the helpful front desk staff. The room had a clean floor, which I found great, especially with a little one. However, the refrigerator didn't keep things cold. Overall, it was a decent stay for a quick trip.

It was just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Jackson with very good value for money. The wall AC offered a cool breeze that helped me sleep better despite the noise outside. Make sure to request a ground floor room if you have mobility issues.

The staff was helpful and accommodating during my stay, which was a great relief. I appreciated the efficient check-in process and the business center resources that suited my work needs. However, the room could definitely use some cleaning and updates, as I noticed some stains and an overall lack of cleanliness that lowered the comfort level. Despite these issues, the value for my stay was decent due to the amenities provided.

Check-in process was a hassle. The clerk acted rude and dismissive when I asked for a ground floor room. I have bad knees, but ended up far from the parking lot. Most ground floor rooms were empty, which felt frustrating. The HVAC system had issues, offering just high heat or high cool – too uncomfortable to sleep. The place seemed run down and in a sketchy part of town, not a great area to walk around at night. On the plus side, the room itself was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable, making it somewhat redeeming. Location was good for accessing nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful stay with super comfy beds and a clean room, which was just what we needed after a long day. The breakfast spread was nice, with pancakes and biscuits and gravy, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The only downside was the coffee in the morning could've been stronger, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience! 😊

Staying here with my seven kids was surprisingly pleasant. The staff was friendly, and we loved the spacious room where everyone had enough space to relax, not to mention the quick check-in process.
For dads, it would be great to have a playground or safe outdoor space for kids.

I stayed at Red Roof Inn and checked in at 11:30 am. The room had recently been renovated, featuring wood flooring. It felt clean overall, but still needed some repairs. The safety lock was just a sliding chain, and there were some gouges in the flooring. I also noticed mold stains on the ceiling, which is concerning. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were very limited—only make-your-own waffles and a few pastries that didn't look fresh. I felt uncomfortable when I saw suspicious activity outside the hotel at night. The staff at the front desk were great. very friendly and accommodating. They definitely provided positive customer service.
